    Objectives

    Responsible for efficient vessel bunkering operations

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor bunker management system.
    • Liaise with vessel captains to ascertain bunker levels.
    • Liaise with bunker suppliers.
    • Monitor bunker prices and generate market report

    Educational Qualification

    • First Degree or its equivalent in Engineering, Physical Sciences or related fields

    Lead Operational Performance

    Objectives

    Ensure the overseeing of day to day activities of vessel operations, maintenance and crew management.

    Lead Cost Excellence

    Objectives

    • Manage cost performance reviews

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate business and asset cost performance metrics
    • Coordinate the process of cost analytics to understand cost drivers and interdependencies of cost
    • Coordinate the process of setting benchmarks for NEPL operational costs using tools like Questor and other peer benchmark data
    • Liaise with process excellence unit to acheive cost leadership for NEPL across the industry

    Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor degree in Economics, Sciences, Engineering, or any of the Business/Social Sciences/Management Sciences discipline.
    • A Master degree is an added advantage Professional qualification and membership of at least one professional body e.g. PMI, SPE, NAPE, NSE, NIM etc.

    Lead, Blending

    Objectives

    Identify blending opportunities and conduct blending operations to capture added value.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sourcing of feedstock for blending.
    • Blending of feedstock components into defined finished product specifications.
    • Convert off-spec products to meet destination acceptable specifications.
    • Continuously monitoring and analysing market trends to optimize blending strategies and operations.
    • Liaise with other departments, such as logistics, to coordinate blending operations and facilities.
    • Maintain accurate records of blending operations, including inventory levels, quality control data, etc.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations related to petroleum blending.

    Educational Qualification

    Lead, Oil & NGLS Contract Negotiations Advisor

    Objectives

    • Carry out Oil & NGLs commercial origination and negotiation activities to ensure optimum value addition in commercial agreements.
    • Carry out Oil & NGLs contract operationalization and ensure profitable marketing of Oil & NGLs
    • Timely realization of sales proceeds and maintenance of adequate transaction documentation

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare Report Status of Liquid Petroleum and NGLs Contracts for DM, Oil & NGLs Commercials.
    • Prepare Report on the Performance of all Offtakers for DM, Oil & NGLs Commercials.
    • Prepare request for the engagement of new Liquid Petroleum and NGLs Offtakers for DM, Oil & NGLs Commercials.
    • Secure all submitted bids at close of the bid exercises.
    • Prepare report of the bid analyses for submission to DM, Oil & NGLs Commercials
    • Attend to all enquiries on Liquid Petroleum and NGLs contract.

    Objectives

    • Manage the process of tracking budget performance viz-a-viz asset work programs

    • Coordinate monitoring of adherence to extant policies & procedures
    • Provide administrative support to the DM, Ethics & Compliance. Develop and implement an effective legal compliance programme.
