    Nurse Assistant / Auxiliary Nurse

    Job Summary

    • The Nurse Assistant provides basic care and support to patients under the supervision of licensed nurses.
    • Assists with daily living activities, vital signs, and other tasks to ensure patient comfort and safety.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
    • Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.)
    • Serve meals and snacks, and assist with feeding as needed
    • Maintain patient rooms and common areas in a clean and orderly condition
    • Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning
    • Communicate patient needs and concerns to licensed nurses
    • Document patient information and vital signs accurately
    • Participate in patient care conferences and team meetings

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Completion of a nurse assistant training program
    • Basic life support (BLS) certification
    • Ability to lift and move patients (up to 50 pounds)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience in a healthcare setting
    • Knowledge of medical terminology
    • Ability to speak multiple languages

    X-ray Technician

    Job Description

    • The X-ray Technician performs diagnostic imaging examinations, including X-rays, to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
    • The technician operates X-ray equipment, positions patients, and captures high-quality images for interpretation by radiologists.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images
    • Position patients correctly for X-ray examinations
    • Follow radiation safety guidelines to minimize exposure
    • Develop and process X-ray images
    • Maintain patient records and examination data
    • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
    • Follow departmental policies and procedures
    • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities
    • Maintain equipment and supplies.

    Requirements

    • Certificate in radiologic technology
    • State licensure (where required)
    • Basic life support (BLS) certification
    • Strong communication and patient care skills
    • Ability to lift and move patients (up to 50 pounds)
    • Familiarity with digital radiography and PACS systems.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with computed tomography (CT) or mammography
    • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs)
    • Bilingual or multilingual skills.

    Salary
    N45,000 - N60,000 monthly.
