    Enterprise Sales Executive/ Account Manager

    Responsibilitiesns

    • Actively involved in sales of Internet solutions such as UTM, IP Telephony, Hosting, Security, Disaster Recovery, Cloud and Data Backup, Infrastructure, and other Value added and professional solutions
    • Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
    • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

    Requirement

    • BSc/MSc Degree in Information Technology or related field; Certification in Sales or Marketing will be an asset
    • Min of 4 years’ cognate experience as an Enterprise Sales Executive or related role with an Internet Service Provider is a must.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

    Project Sales Manager - Decorative Paints

    Responsibilities

    • Meeting with Architect, Builder, Contractor, Interior Designer & Generate leads for the company.
    • Company is on high growth trajectory and is looking for entrepreneurial, self-starters who are system driven in tune with company culture, result oriented, with leadership capabilities and allows them to express themselves to get the best results
    • Responsible for business development by developing new dealer network for decorative paints maturing existing dealers, developing network with contractors, builders, architects and govt. agencies to ensure that assignment targets of volume, value and margin with prescribed time are achieved.
    • Responsible for managing dealer as per given SOP to ensure that primary sales targets, secondary sales support, technical services and training as well as updated information on system is achieved for strong business control and superior customer services.
    • Execution of sales policies, company rules & regulations and marketing activities in assigned territory to support business growth, uniformity and business efficacy. 
    • Regularly update the company information by following set perimeters of companies ERP to ensure that required information is accurate all the time for decision making.
    • Identifies and seizes commercial opportunities; has a strong positive impact on business growth and profitability.
    • Quickly understands and analyzes complex issues and problems; comes up with sound and rational judgments.
    • Communicates in a clear, precise and structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively.

    Requirements

    • Must have experience in B.Sc.Chemistry or Paint Technology background
    • Must have a Minimum experience of 5 years’ experience in Project Selling. Africa market experience will be preferred.
    • Must have experience in selling decorative paint / paint chemicals / construction chemicals or other industrial products.
    • Well exposed to B2B Marketing.
    • Excessive travelling is required in and around Nigeria/West Africa.

    Sales Manager – Architectural Coating

    Responsibilities

    • To manage the day-to-day operations of sales region providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
    • To make regular customer visits for sales development and facilitate customers for various projects and probabilities to boost sales.
    • To deal with customer grievances and follow-up with technical team for resolution and various customer trials analysis and support.
    • To coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of interaction and transaction.
    • To ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts wise through managing the effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure accomplishment of sales operational plans.
    • To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies, and standards.

     Requirements

    • Minimum HND/bachelor’s degree in BE/B.Tech - Paint OR Chemicals and PG Qualification will be preferred but not mandatory.
    • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in selling paints & providing technical service to Architectural and Decorative coating. Good knowledge about the various liquid coatings, their specifications, application etc.
    • A good spoken and written English skill is a must. Working knowledge of French would be an added advantage.
    • Excessive travelling is required in and around Nigeria/West Africa.
    • As per the need of the business the job is transferrable  and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria/West Africa.
    • A few years of experience in the development of Architectural and Decorative coatings High performance Decorative Coatings for this sector will be an additional advantage.
    • Well, exposed to B2B Marketing and must have exposure in leading a team of 4-5 people.
