    Procurement Officer

    Job Summary
    The Procurement Officer will be responsible for:

    • Finding and evaluating vendors to acquire the most cost-effective deals and reduce procurement expenses
    • Supervising Junior Procurement Officers in carrying out their responsibilities
    • Liaising with all relevant departments for all contracting and procurement activities related to vendors and sub-contractor suppliers.
    • Developing procurement Policies, Processes and Procedures
    • Implementing procurement processes such as sourcing and tendering
    • Contract Management
    • Developing procurement budget
    • Using an ERP system (SAP, Sage, etc.) or Procurement system
    • Managing vendors.

    Requirement

    • Minimum of 3 years as Procurement Officer or in a similar field.

    Driver

    Responsibilities

    • Collection and delivery to Head office
    • Do daily checks of roadworthiness on the vehicle and report to superior when the vehicle needs a service
    • Collecting and delivering of Products.
    • Receiving of all documentation and proof of deliveries and collected items.
    • Responsible for loading the correct Quality and Quantity as per loading slips.
    • Daily liaison with the supervisor with regard to any change of plan of customer complains.
    • Perform any other reasonable duty (e.g. packing , housekeeping and etc) as instructed by the supervisor
    • Perform a daily routine check on vehicle before loading starts.
    • Timeous collection and delivery of mail and relevant documentation.
    • Proper vehicle care to achieve optimum economy and efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Must have 1 or more years in distribution and collection.
    • Valid code drivers license and PDP
    • Must be prepared to work extended hours
    • Understanding of transport economics
    • Good communication and customer service skills
    • Mature and strong sense of responsibility.

    Field Marketer

    Responsibilities

    • Identifying our target audience to ensure we present our products in a befitting manner
    • Conducting market research and drawing up preliminary marketing plans
    • Candidates must be performance and results driven to reach objectives and expected results and be able to operate under fast changing pace environment.
    • Must be able to interact with customers and stakeholders within retail environment as well as internal environment.
    • Must have the ability to anticipate, evaluate and follow the implementation of change.
    • Capacity to work and interact within team and with stakeholders from various divisions.
    • Candidates needs to be able bodied, enthusiastic, energetic and willing to travel daily
    • Must be able to handle pressure and be a team player Monitoring current market trends and customer demands to improve our marketing practices
    • Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing sales and profits.
    • Plan, organize, and execute marketing and sales programs.
    • Act as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams
    • Work closely with marketing teams to create programs.
    • Generate leads and drive sales.
    • Determine product/service value delivered throughout customer operations and effectively communicate value to customers to promote new applications and sales.
    • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years Proven sales and merchandising experience.
    • HND / BSc in Marketing, Business, or Communications
    • Excellent knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends
    • Superb communication skills to coordinate our marketing activities with the copywriting team
    • Ability to multi-task & strong selling skills
    • Strong relationship building skills

    HR / Admin Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
    • Update internal databases with new hire information
    • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
    • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
    • Publish and remove job ads
    • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
    • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
    • Develop training and onboarding material
    • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits

    Requirements

    • HND or B.Sc in Human Resources, Personnel Management or any relevant field with 1-2 years experience
    • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
    • Experience in a Manufacturing or Plastic Company
    • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
    • Experience using spreadsheets
    • Organizational skills
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
