    Quality Control (Plastic Blow / Injection Molding)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Perform online checking during the production process to ensure product quality meets specified standards.
    • Identify and address defects in products manufactured through plastic blow and injection molding techniques.
    • Conduct regular testing of plastic blow and injection molded products according to industry standards.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO standards by maintaining accurate documentation and assisting in audits.
    • Collaborate with production teams to suggest improvements in quality processes and reduce defects.
    • Maintain detailed records of quality checks, test results, and defect occurrences, providing regular reports to the Quality Control Manager.
    • Work closely with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to maintain high product quality.
    • Train and guide junior quality control personnel and production staff on quality standards and procedures.
    • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production process.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in a plastic blow and injection molding company.
    • Strong knowledge of online checking and product defect detection in the plastics industry.
    • Familiarity with plastic product testing procedures for blow and injection molding processes.
    • Proficiency in ISO audit documentation and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

    Poultry Breeder Mananger

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Plan, organize, and execute commercial breeder farming tasks for EC pens and open houses
    • Handle Operations of Commercial Breeder Farms, setting goals and objectives, and designing a framework for these to be met
    • A minimum of seven production cycles per year.
    • Average body weight of 2kg with a narrow range of 1.8-2 kg using a maximum of 3 kg of professional feed per bird within 4.5 weeks.
    • FCR of 1.5.
    • Mortality not exceeding 5%.
    • Follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for pen house and farm preparation, stocking, rearing, and harvesting.
    • Prepare the stocking calendar in consultation with the hatchery, abattoir manager, and sales manager.
    • Adaption of stocking densities if necessary.
    • Managing staff to enhance farm performance and cost-effectiveness.
    • Low Staff turnover and overhead.
    • Liaising with feed and day-old chick procedures, maintaining positive working relationships.
    • Resolving staff conflict and disagreement.
    • Using different shed management techniques to find optimum bird growing requirements.
    • Maintaining a high level of farm presentation at all times.
    • Maintaining all farm assets.
    • Designing and ensuring bio-security, health and safety, environment, and animal welfare procedures and adhered to all times.
    • Operational Oversight of all pen houses regarding preparation and maintenance, feeding, health and quality assurance, growth, and harvesting; overall responsibility for operations of our farming estates with their pen house.
    • Manage and monitor metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking, and reports.
    • Oversight of business expansion of the broiler production through organic growth (expansion of own pen house)
    • Other functions as prescribed by the Management.

    Requirements and Skills

    • B.Sc / HND in Animal Science, Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field.
