    Senior Consultant (GRC)

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for competent and committed professionals of high integrity to join our winning team.
    • A Consultant is responsible for providing industry expertise to corporations and individuals.
    • Their duties include researching their client and their client’s position within an industry, meeting with company executives or professionals to make suggestions and develop improvement plans based on their needs and maintaining a professional relationship with their clients over time.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a system-wide risk management function of the information security program to ensure information security risks are identified and monitored.
    • Internally assess, evaluate, and make recommendations to management regarding the adequacy of the security controls for information and technology systems.
    • Lead the system-wide information security compliance program, ensuring IT activities, processes, and procedures meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations.
    • Develop and implement effective and reasonable policies and practices to secure protected and sensitive data and ensure information security and compliance with relevant legislation and legal interpretation.
    • Execute strategy for dealing with increasing number of audits, compliance checks and external assessment processes for internal/external auditors
    • Be a key part of GRC projects, end to end from consulting to implementation
    • Apply GRC fundamentals incorporated in various processes.
    • Understands and document information systems and processes correctly.
    • Engage with clients to understand relevant solutions and advise them
    • Understands information security controls and how they relate to engagement requirements
    • Raise awareness for clients and internal team.

    Education / Certifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related discipline.
    • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in an information systems environment, with strong knowledge of IT Governance and Systems Information Security.
    • Working knowledge of frameworks standards and regulations, including PCI, ISO
    • 27001/22301/20000, NIST CSF, GDPR, COBIT, TOGAF.
    • Experience in conducting VAPT would an advantage.
    • Possession of ISO 27001/22301/20000, COBIT 2019, CISA, CISM, CISSP
    • Possession of a master’s degree and/or PMP, PRINCE2 would be an advantage

    Key Skills & Competencies:

    • The ideal candidate would be agile, ability to perform duties independently under general,
    • minimal supervision within specific assignments.
    • Ability to develop and maintain internal error logs and provide support.
    • Proficiency in providing efficient web-portal support.

    Enterprise Sales Executive (ISP)

    Job Description

    • The Enterprise Sales Executive position is primarily responsible for revenue generation through strategic alliances with customers.
    • The Enterprise Sales Executive will identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability, and has responsibilities directly related to making sales to include: meeting with customers at the customer’s site, communicating with customers via phone, email, and teleconference, providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues; advising customers on suitability of products and solutions based on their technical needs, preparing proposals, presentations, pricing and contracts, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solution.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc / B.A Degree or its equivalent in related field.
    • Excellent Communication skills, organizational skills, self-motivation, results-oriented with a positive outlook, punctuality, ambitious, clear focus on high quality and business profit, mature.
    • Must be comfortable to contact and deal with all types of companies: small, medium and multi-national companies.
    • Ability to prospect for new potential sales, respond to and follow up sales enquiries.
    • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in an ISP company a MUST; experience in Enterprise Business also a MUST.
    • Must be computer literate with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, word and PowerPoint) and in the use of Internet-based resources.
    • Must have experience in the internet connectivity environment and a technical overview or background.

    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary & Purpose

    • We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to promote our company's brand and services.
    • In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and ensure implementation of marketing communication strategy
    • Ensure brand visibility via appropriate communication channels (e.g. print, electronics and/or social media)
    • Collaborate with Head, Marketing and Communications to design appropriate marketing solution to drive sales, and customer retention.
    • Keep abreast of global and local best practices as it relates to the unit’s activities
    • Continuously review the unit’s activities, make recommendations for improvement and implement approved initiatives to ensure enhanced performance of the team
    • Identify required resources and articulate effective funding to achieve the unit’s strategy
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders especially media agencies
    • Coordinate all activities of the marketing communication function and ensure compliance with defined policies, procedures and guidelines
    • Execute marketing communication plans for promotions, events/sponsorship and other marketing activities/initiatives
    • Coordinate all marketing/brand related communications (graphic and print materials) originating from the organization and ensure quality and consistency with the preferred brand image and established specifications/standards
    • Ensure all marketing communications address specific information needs of target markets as well as provide clarity on products and service offerings
    • Provide input to all marketing communication contracts with vendors/media agencies as required and monitor their activities to ensure adherence with Service Level Agreements
    • Ensure constant accessibility to accurate product information by relevant users (existing/ prospective customers)
    • Ensure consistency of brand identity with its international operations and ensure that all enhancements/modifications to the brand policy are effected as required
    • Manage inter-functional relations to ensure synergy across the various departmental functions
    • Monitor and control the budgetary needs of the unit
    • Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the General Manager
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head, Marketing and Communications and the General Manager

    Requirements

    • BA / B.Sc or equivalent in Social Sciences with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in related field
    • Master’s Degree in Marketing or professional certifications in Marketing is an added advantage
    • Successful track record in developing marketing plans and campaigns
    • Experience in collaboration and management of external partners (distributors, agents, etc.)
