    Senior Human Resources Officer

    Position Overview

    • We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Senior Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team.
    • This role is integral to enhancing our organizational culture and ensuring that our human capital aligns with our strategic goals.
    • The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a deep understanding of talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support organizational objectives and foster a positive work environment.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals and drive initiatives that support organizational growth and development.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in a senior HR role.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and trends to drive strategic initiatives.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing complex HR projects and driving organizational change.

    Senior Accounts Officer

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
