Job Summary

• To assess and monitor the effectiveness of Information Systems and Cybersecurity controls.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic control assessment of Interswitch technology processes including resources and provide assurance on their adequacy and effectiveness
• Review as part of Information Systems control assessments, established procedures, systems, infrastructure and propose improvements
• Prepare and present quality reports of Internal control findings and recommendations to Management
• Provide periodic reports to Team Lead, Information Systems Control on the status of the internal control plan, and other related activities
• Conduct follow-ups on control owners to ensure prompt implementation of recommended controls
• Prepare periodic progress report vis-à-vis the annual Internal Control plan and/or investigations during departmental meetings
• Conduct quarterly cyber vulnerability assurance
• Assist in investigations relating to technology and cyber fraud
• Ensure that significant legislative or regulatory issues impacting Interswitch are recognized and addressed appropriately
• Assess and monitor the reliability and security of Interswitch technology systems and its operations
• Prepare Adhoc, monthly and quarterly Internal Control reports to Group Chief Risk Officer, Group Managing Director and Audit Risk Committee
• Conduct continuous research on technology trends, risks and mitigation strategies

Requirements
Academic / Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH, CFE are highly desirable and an added advantage

Others:

• Excellent knowledge of banking/financial business operations attained through at least 5 years of progressive work experience with a focus on technology audit and/or control
• Excellent understanding COSO, ISACA, IIA and ISO standards including the ability to fully comply with these standards
• Ability to supervise other control officers to follow sound internal control practices and to manage risks appropriately
• Be adaptable and able to meet deadlines on assignments, juggle multiple demands and to work with all types of individuals up to Senior and Executive Management
• Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building, problem solving, and timely problem escalation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Detail oriented and able to quickly grasp the big picture.

Job Summary

• To ensure the delivery of standard business operations services ie Application integration support and configuration, Project Implementation and change fulfillment while onboarding new and retaining existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Implementation / Configuration Management.
• Set up/ Configure transaction processing, settlement, Dispute and Reconciliation applications/servers as deployed by the technology team.
• Perform user acceptance tests (UAT) for 3rd party integrations.
• Provide support to merchants and 3rd party integrators (eg CWIPs) integrating to our products.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels with the projects handled.
• Onboard customers on product/applications for transaction processing, settlement, Dispute and Reconciliation on Interswitch’s platforms and applications.
• Team Management.
• Ensure Implementation of Projects within SLA and to the expected level of quality.
• Design and develop test strategies to test new and existing APIs and services
• Design and develop sample codes, code snippets, and libraries to aid developer integration to Interswitch payment products
• Document Implementation guides and operational manuals for implemented solutions.
• Facilitates project-related training sessions/workshops for internal/external clients
• Ideate and deploy improvements to functional processes to improve staff efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• B.Sc or B.Eng in Computer Science / Business Information Technology however relevant experience/certifications in EFT, Integrations, and Project management is an advantage
• Programming or SQL scripting skills added advantage
• ITIL foundation experience added advantage
• API Integration and Support

Experience:

• 6 - 7 years with 3 years in a supervisory capacity

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of SQL
• Understanding of Electronic funds transfer processing.
• Understanding of Basic Networking/File Transfer protocol.
• An understanding of Basic Linux Command.
• A basic understand the concept of Kubernetes.
