    Software Test Analyst

    Skills & Experience

    • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in IT Manual & Performance Testing.
    • Experience working in a medium organization
    • First degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
    • Fluent in English

    Job Summary

    • Test Strategy definition and ownership for automation
    • Shaping Test Approach for each of the project /Releases.
    • Reviewing and aligning to overall plan and the Testing plan
    • Drive the organization Initiatives such as CI, CD, Automation, Governance framework
    • Coordinate with all the test environments teams and Data management teams.
    • Ensuring E2E test traceability using test management tool
    • ALM expertise and understanding of UFT, Performance Centre and Octane.
    • Support design of E2E automation to aim for 100% test case coverage
    • Schedule, run Tests and compile test reports
    • Salesforce / CRM, NetSuite / ERP UFT background
    • Analyze and plan for the data required to deliver each of the Test Phases.
    • Work with teams to finalize target processes, automation testing, testing tools, methodologies.
    • Resolve process issues; manage escalations, deliverables, and deadlines
    • Estimating, Scoping and shaping the upcoming releases.
    • Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable improvements and innovations on the company's technology platform overall's technical performance
    • Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Work Load Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management.
    • Expertise in Performance Testing tools using JMeter / Performance center, and other available Performance Testing tools
    • Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests. Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessarily follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments.
    • Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications.
    • Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.
    • Will be responsible for authoring and executing manual test cases.
    • Will log defects into the respective tracking system and provide daily and weekly status reports.
    • Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detail status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues.

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Personnel with strong skills in inventory management, order processing, and auditing kitchen operations tjoin our restaurant team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, proficiency in Excel, and experience in managing inventory, processing orders, and auditing kitchen practices.
    • This role is critical tensuring financial accuracy, inventory integrity, and the smooth operation of our restaurant.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Inventory Management & Bookkeeping:

    • Maintain accurate financial records
    • Record daily and weekly financial transactions, including sales reports, expenses, and payments.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels tensure adequate stock without overstocking.
    • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

    • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or any necessary adjustments.
    • Maintain order records and generate reports on order trends and performance.

    Auditing Kitchen Operations:

    • Conduct regular audits of kitchen operations tensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Monitor food quality, preparation processes, and kitchen cleanliness.
    • Review and audit kitchen staff performance and adherence tstandard operating procedures.
    • Identify areas for improvement and work with kitchen management timplement changes.
    • Maintain detailed records of audit findings and follow up on corrective actions.

    Excel Proficiency:

    • Utilize Excel tcreate and maintain spreadsheets for financial tracking, inventory management, and order processing.
    • Develop and use Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts tanalyze data and generate reports.
    • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data entered intExcel spreadsheets.

    Additional Tasks:

    • Perform any other tasks assigned by management tsupport the restaurant's overall operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, stock/store keeping, inventory manager, or similar role in a restaurant or retail environment.
    • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

    • Experience with inventory management systems and procedures.
