    Storage Product Solution Sales Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee the end-to-end process of developing customer relationships and project implementation.
    • Ensure the achievement of market, sales, and collection targets for IT products (including storage, HCI, servers, etc.) while enhancing customer relationships.
    • Understand and guide customer IT requirements, gaining insight into their pain points and needs.
    • Present effective IT solutions, influence decision-making, and drive customers' willingness to purchase.
    • Develop and strengthen relationships with mid- and high-level executives, establish exclusive customer connections, and influence the decision-making process.
    • Guide and assist in managing and resolving any negative events effectively.
    • Conduct comprehensive market analysis (industry, customer, competition, opportunities) to set market objectives and strategies.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of the customer relationship plan.
    • Lead the establishment and promotion of the company's brand.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Demonstrated expertise in IT, particularly in storage technologies.
    • Familiarity with financial industry services, especially banking services and bank informatization system architecture.
    • Strong communication and coordination skills with a keen sense of teamwork.

    Network Product Solution Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Undertake industry network strategic objectives by identifying development trends and market opportunities. Organize comprehensive market analysis (industry, customer, competition, opportunities) to determine specific objectives and strategies, and effectively implement them.
    • Gain deep insight into customer network pain points and evolution needs. Effectively present solutions, influence customer decision-making, and guide their willingness to purchase.
    • Assess the most suitable solutions, propose future-oriented network architecture designs based on customer requirements and industry trends, and provide technical recommendations for network evolution.
    • Establish and enhance relationships with customer technical teams, successfully create exclusive customer relationships, and influence their technical decisions. Guide and assist in resolving any negative events.
    • Undertake marketing activities, promote IT and Telco products and solutions to partners and customer technical teams, including senior executives (CXO level), and deeply explore customer requirements through effective communication.

    Requirements

    • Ability to understand customer network and business needs, design solutions that consider products, competition, profitability, and deliverability.
    • Effectively communicate product and solution values to customers.
    • Formulate solution strategies, implement solutions, and ensure project success.
    • Strong verbal and written communication, quick learning ability, and a good sense of service.
    • HCIP/CCNP certification or higher is required.
    • General knowledge of the latest network technology solutions, including SD-WAN and DNA.
    • At least five years in pre-sales work, with experience operating over five projects valued at $1 million or more.
