    Wealth Manager (HNI)

    Job Summary:

    • Role in Brief We seek a business and High Net Worth Individual (HNI) Sales Manager to increase customer acquisition, and improve investment sales across its asset management company and related cooperative (investment club). We’re looking for someone who can spearhead deposits and expand our customer network. The ideal Sales Manager has hands-on experience with developing relationships and closing deals.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Create, execute and achieve sales targets that expand the company’s customer base and scale its local & global reach.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging expertise in business and HNI sales.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential high-value clients, leveraging networks to drive business growth.
    • Set and achieve deposit targets, driving the growth of assets under management (AUM).
    • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • At least five years of experience as a Sales Manager.
    • Proven experience in business and HNI sales within the asset management or banking industry.
    • Track record of meeting and exceeding deposit targets.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to identify market opportunities.
    • Energy, drive and aptitude for delivering results

    Sales Executive-Luxury

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drives the sales of Miele appliances by generating leads, establishing contact, and developing relationships with prospective clients.
    • Identifies wholesale buyers such as real estate or property developers and pitches sales to them for upcoming projects.
    • Maintains correspondence with existing and prospective clients by responding and following up with emails and phone calls.
    • Delivers accurate product demonstration of Miele appliances to clients and educates clients about the benefits and features of appliances as required.
    • Creates sales quotations for prospective buyers.
    • Demonstrates effective negotiation and persuasion skills in convincing clients to make a sale.
    • Identifies clients who are likely to purchase products and persuades them to attend demonstration classes e.g. cooking classes and laundry demonstration sections
    • Ensures product brochures are made and sent to clients to inform them of available products.
    • Negotiates products’ terms and conditions with clients.
    • Coordinates with customer care unit to ensure seamlessly installation and commissioning of appliances.
    • Follows up on client satisfaction after installation and purchase of appliances.
    • Follows up with the customer service team in resolving customer issues and ensures that feedback is provided to clients within 24 hours.
    • Responsible for driving sales of care products and Miele accessories to clients.
    • Persuades clients to purchase a service plan
    • Responds to client’s complaints during the one-year warranty period and escalates the challenges faced to the customer service team
    • Ensure all potential clients are brought to the showroom.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
    • Must have premium product selling experience, especially in appliances
    • A degree in architecture/design is an added advantage
    • Interior design knowledge is an added advantage
    • Architectural background is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience

    Sales / Business Development Executive

    Description

    • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
    • Responsible for handling and managing multiple clients' accounts.
    • Understand the client's needs and recommend solutions accordingly.
    • Coordinating activities of sales and relationship management to ensure optimal achievement of set revenue targets on a month-on-month basis.
    • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
    • Prepare and present regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
    • Understand the Company’s goal and purpose so that it will continually enhance the Company’s financial performance.
    • Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
    • Develop innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

    • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
    • Develop rapport with key decision-makers.
    • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.

    Requirements

    • Must possess a minimum of First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
    • 5 years of proven work experience as a Key Account Manager or a similar role in the Sales department.
    • Experience working with the Customer Relationship Management tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce Sales Cloud, etc.
    • Ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
    • Strong prospecting skills and extensive customer-facing experience.
    • Must be well organized and demonstrate good attention to detail.
    • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
    • Experience in building a good relationship with clients.
    • Must possess intermediate to advanced MS Office skill.
    • Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies.
    • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking and reporting on the results.
