Job Details

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the facility maintenance. 
• Liaise with vendors on facility maintenance such as repairs and services. 
• Serve as a point of contact for the tenants, address and resolve any facility related issues. 
• Maintain accurate records of facility operations, maintenance activities and other relevant documentation. 
• Prompt payment of all levies and demand notice. 
• Ensure clients' bills are accurately prepared and promptly sent out. 
• And any other task assigned.
