    Associate People Business Partner (Product & Engineering)

    About the role

    We are in a very high growth stage and are looking for an Associate People Business Partner who will provide support to specific business areas. You will report to the People Business Partner, and work in partnership with leaders and employees, guiding and supporting them to successfully scale our business by providing strategic and operational solutions on People policies and processes. You will also take a role in driving the organization's culture and values. 

    • Act as the point of contact for all people related support to employees and managers within assigned business units and build effective working relationships
    • Support the delivery of key HR initiatives across the People Experience function, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement, training and development, and performance management. 
    • Consult with Business Partners and managers to identify solutions that meet the needs of business units and champion those initiatives 
    • Handle end-to-end recruitment requests from business units; work with managers to forecast critical talents requirements
    • Support the employee onboarding and offboarding experience 
    • Ensure proper documentation of  employee information and employees compliance with company processes and policies
    • Stay up to date on changing employment laws, and industry trends in policies
    • Prepare relevant reports for assigned business areas to support the development of people strategies and solutions

    About You

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • 2-4 years relevant experience
    • Strong talent acquisition skills, with experience recruiting engineering talents
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Collaborator and a team player - an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships
    • Added Bonuses: Experience using HRIS & ATS, Professional Certifications
