    Compensation and Benefit Specialist

    Job Description:

    • We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Officer who will be responsible for designing, overseeing, and implementing the company’s compensation and benefits programs.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of compensation and benefits best practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
    • Conduct market research to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
    • Analyze and evaluate job positions to determine classification and salary.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
    • Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics.
    • Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement employee retention strategies.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits-related inquiries.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years experience as a Compensation and Benefits Officer in health care.
    • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, policies, and regulations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
