    Customer Care Agent

    Responsibilities

    • Attending to customers issues through inbound calls, social media platforms, emails and chats, as well as walk in customers.
    • Making and confirming online flight and hotel bookings
    • Attending to customers' enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely manner
    • Advising clients on suitable travel options for domestic or international destinations
    • Upselling & Cross selling travel products and services
    • Meeting sales target and maximizing profit.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.
    • Applicant must reside in Port Harcourt, Nigeria
    • Relevant experience as a Customer Care Agent in the travel industry and good knowledge of CRM systems is a MUST.
