    Customer Care Executive

    Job Summary

    • As the Customer Care Executive, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and improve day-to-day process interactions with customers.
    • Engage customers about new business opportunities.
    • Acting as a point of resolution for customers with complaints
    • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints
    • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about product or services, take or enter orders

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences, Business Admin / Arts with at least 3 years sales experience
    • Must have experience in power-related industry.
