    Customer Service Representative

    Job Summary

    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools like CRM ,etc
    • Capturing and documentation of interaction with all customers including contact phone number, email address, and any other customer data information as may be required from time to time by the organization.
    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets.
    • Ensuring First Call Resolution of Customer Complaints and Escalation by handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
