    Customer Service Representative

    Job Overview

    • We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective and current students, providing information about our programs and assisting with inquiries.
    • This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person.
    • Provide detailed information about programs, admissions procedures, and tuition fees.
    • Assist current students with any questions or concerns regarding their enrollment, classes, or services.
    • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM system.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth admissions process.
    • Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
    • Participate in open houses, orientation sessions, and other school events as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in a customer service role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
