    Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • Our client needs the services of a sound Customer Service Representative to play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable confectionary experience for its clients. If you are a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual, we encourage you to apply.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions with patience and empathy.
    • Process customer orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently.
    • Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special offers and new products.
    • Assist in keeping track of inventory levels and participate in periodic inventory counts.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant customer service experience is a plus).
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-focused approach.
    • Basic computer skills for processing orders and using point-of-sale systems.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with flexible hours.
