    Email Campaign Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn and cold email outreach, focusing on engaging potential clients and expanding the client base.
    • Copywriting: Write creative and compelling copy tailored to target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and engage potential clients.
    • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential companies, ICPs, and buyer personas, ensuring a targeted approach.
    • Customized Outreach: Develop and execute tailored email outreach strategies and campaigns to engage potential clients effectively.
    • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with leads, building relationships and converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
    • Tools Utilization: Utilize Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance lead generation efforts and identify potential prospects.

    What Success Looks Like:

    • Qualified Leads: Consistently generate and convert leads into qualified sales opportunities, contributing to the company's growth and revenue goals.
    • Engaging Communication: Utilize creative copywriting to effectively engage and resonate with potential clients, leading to increased interest and interaction.
    • Strategic Targeting: Demonstrate a strong understanding of ICPs, effectively targeting and tailoring communication to meet their specific needs and preferences.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales roles, particularly in targeting and engaging ICPs, with prior experience using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting engaging and persuasive outreach messages.
    • Research Skills: Strong market research skills to identify potential companies, ICPs, and buyer personas.
    • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all outreach efforts.
    • Time Management: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
    • Remote Work Proficiency: Independent and self-motivated, capable of working effectively in a remote setting with strong collaboration skills.
