    Employee Development Specialist

    Remuneration: 300,000 - 350,000

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver training company wide training programs 
    • Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend training.
    • Support performance management and career development initiatives.
    • Align L&D programs with company goals.
    • Lead employee engagement and development initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
    • BSc/HND in a related field.
    • Availability to resume within 2 weeks.
    • Professional certification is an added advantage.
