    Front Desk Officer

    Our client, a leading international energy requires the service of FRONT DESK OFFICER to serve as first point of Contact to its client, handle phone calls enquiries, assist other department to manage the overall facility

    *LOCATION* – Benin, Edo State

    *Job Responsibility*:

    • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
    • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
    • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
    • Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
    • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
    • Track and order office equipment and supplies.
    • Maintain records and files.
    • Overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as catering, cleaning, parking, security, and technology
    • Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
    • Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
    • Administration of Benin office management budgets
    • Ensuring that Benin ops base facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
    • Planning by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
    • Manages all facility support staff such as janitors, security and cleaners.

    *Qualification and Requirements*:

    • HND/BSC in any Field
    • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar Industry (OIL AND GAS)
    • Facility management and office Administration experience is an added advantage
    • Good understanding of office administration and customer management skills.
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, exchange etc).
