    General Manager, Sales (Electronics)

    Position Overview. 

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, exceptional strategic planning skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. The General Manager of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and fostering strong customer relationships.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth. Analyze market trends, identify expansion opportunities, and adapt strategies as needed to stay ahead of competitors.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to maximize performance and foster a culture of excellence.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and requirements. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base. Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients through effective networking, presentations, and negotiations.
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets based on market analysis, historical data, and sales pipeline. Monitor performance against targets and take corrective action as needed to ensure objectives are met.
    • Track and analyze sales metrics, including sales volume, profitability, and market share. Prepare regular reports for senior management,  highlighting key insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Collaborate on product launches, promotions, and other initiatives to drive sales.
    • Implement and utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and streamline processes. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry to facilitate effective communication and follow-up.
    • Ensure that sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability within the sales team.

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with experience in a managerial capacity.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to perform at their best.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Ability to travel as needed
