    Head - Corporate Services / Human Resources and Admin

    Description 

    • Our client is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated, and experienced Head of Corporate Services/ Human Resource & Admin professional to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the company’s HR strategy, corporate governance, and administrative operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a work environment that attracts top talent, fosters employee development, and supports our company's growth trajectory.

    Key Responsibilities
    Corporate Services:

    • Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures that promote a productive, compliant, and safe work environment.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to HR, corporate services, and administrative functions.
    • Work with the executive team to align corporate services with the company’s strategic goals.
    • Develop and manage budgets for HR and corporate services, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

    Strategic Human Resources Leadership:

    • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the business objectives.
    • Lead the talent acquisition process to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
    • Design and implement performance management systems that drive employee engagement and productivity.
    • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs to remain competitive in the market.

    Administrative and Operational Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions, including office management, IT infrastructure, and facilities management.
    • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
    • Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

    Leadership and Team Development:

    • Mentor and develop the HR and Admin teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
    • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and drive cross-functional initiatives.

    Strategic Planning and Execution:

    • Partner with the executive team to align corporate services with the company’s strategic direction.
    • Play a key role in organizational planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable.
    • Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR and corporate services, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the fintech industry is a significant advantage.

    Skills:

    • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and corporate governance.
    • Strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
