Candidate must have Second Class Upper with Masters Degree, minimum of Second Class lower with relevant Masters Degree. As well as any of these HR Professional Certifications; CIPM, SPHIRi, SHRM-CP,CIPD, etc.
A minimum of 5 years experience in similar role and a minimum of 10-12 years relevant experience.
