    Human Resources Officer

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Job Design and Updates: Craft and regularly update job descriptions to accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each role. 
    • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online channels, including social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, to source potential candidates. 
    • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the business objectives of both our clients and Elvaridah. 
    • Client HR Needs: Handle HR needs for clients and also ensure they receive talent that aligns with their organizational goals. 
    • Database Management: Build and maintain a robust database of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. 
    • HR Metrics Monitoring: Track key HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire to improve the recruitment process. 
    • Recruitment Events: Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events to attract top talent. 
    • Future Hiring Needs: Collaborate with managers to identify and plan for future hiring needs. 
    • Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. 
    • Hiring Plans: Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans to meet organizational goals. 

    Required Skills and Qualifications: 

    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR or recruitment role. 
    • Tech-savvy: Proficient in word processing, and email programs, and familiar with recruitment software. 
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively. 
    • Problem-solving: Proactive approach to identifying and solving recruitment-related challenges. 
    • Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and organizational abilities, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks. 
    • Listening Skills: Active listening skills to understand client and candidate needs and preferences.
