As a Junior Chef, you'll assist in preparing and cooking delicious dishes, learning from our experienced chefs, and contributing to the success of our restaurant. Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking
• Learn and master new recipes and techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and dishes to high standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
• Develop knife skills, cooking techniques, and menu knowledge

Requirements

• 1-3years of kitchen experience (apprenticeships or culinary school a plus)
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
