    Sales Officer

    Job Overview

    • As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and promoting our innovative transportation solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote DriveMe's services.

    Customer Acquisition:

    • Proactively reach out to potential clients, present DriveMe's value proposition, and convert leads into customers.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • .Previous experience in a sales role is highly desirable.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the transportation or technology industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
