    Sales Team Lead

    About the job

    • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Team Lead who will also assume the role of Sales Team Manager.
    • The ideal candidate will lead, mentor, and manage our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the competitive real estate market.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Lead the sales team by example and provide guidance, motivation, and support to achieve individual and team sales targets. 
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities. 
    • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly. 
    • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and lead-generation strategies. 
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agents, and industry partners to drive business growth and market presence. 
    • Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members, conduct performance evaluations, and recognize top performers. 
    • Implement and enforce sales policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction. 
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and present them to senior management for review and strategic planning. 
    • Oversee the sales team's daily operations, monitor sales activities, and resolve any issues or customer complaints promptly

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. An MBA is a plus. 
    • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or a related industry. 
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
    • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and customer behavior in the real estate industry. 
    • Experience in managing a high-performance sales team and driving revenue growth.
