    Strategic Business Development & Sales Manager

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence for our Oracle, Microsoft and FinTech Business. Your duties include identifying business opportunities, developing effective models and strategies to improve business performance, build competencies for Oracle solution, Microsoft solution, FinTech solution, search for potential clients to generate income and attract partnerships. 
    • Your target group consists of medium-sized and large companies in various sectors.
    • The ideal candidate will be passionate about High-tech products, possess a strong understanding of enterprise-IT solution and service value streams, and demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales and business development within the industry. 
    • You are required to build a relationship of trust with new customers and are able to present yourself as a thought in Enterprise-IT.

    Qualifications and Job Requirements

    • 5+ years plus experience in sales, business development, in the technology industry.
    •  Certifications in: Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or any other certification in sales, Project Manager Professional (PMP), knowledge of ITIL V4 foundation certification.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations or related field and 5+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry.
    • Deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, capabilities, cyber security and solutions that generate growth and innovation.
    • 5 -10+ years of experience in managing and supporting enterprise sales & solutions, managing and selling Oracle products, business development, sales management in the technology industry.
    • Deep strategic advisor and executive relationship management experience driving enterprise sales business with partners in commercial businesses.
    • Strong experience of managing teams across functions.
    • Strong influence and orchestrator skills helping align Oracle and partner resources to drive solutions that support customer needs.
    • Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.
    • Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort.
    • Challenger mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through.
    • Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency.
    • Cloud technology background or education/ certifications will be a big advantage.
    • An entrepreneurial nature and ability to thrive in a team environment.
