Purpose of the Job

The HR Operations lead is responsible for strategically managing HCM operations within the organization and ensuring that all stakeholders requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

• BSC/HND (2.1/Upper Credit minimum) in Human Resources, Social Science, Arts & Humanities and other related field.
• HRMS systems and database literacy with the ability to quickly pick up new systems
• Effective administration and accurate record keeping skills
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written).
• Knowledge of labor laws
• Demonstrate sound judgement, maturity, tact, and a sense for ethics and integrity.
• Analytical and interpretive skills. Ability to integrate information from a wide variety of sources.
