    Videographer

    Role Overview

    We are committed to excellence and creativity in all our productions, and we are looking for a skilled and creative Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through visual media, and the technical expertise to produce high-quality videos.

    This role involves capturing, editing, and producing video content for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, social media content, and corporate events.

    What you will be doing everyday

    Video Production:

    • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, ensuring high quality and consistency.
    • Operate video cameras, drones, and other equipment to capture footage.
    • Set up lighting, audio, and other production equipment as needed.

    Pre-Production:

    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
    • Scout locations and coordinate logistics for video shoots.
    • Schedule and manage shoot times, ensuring all necessary resources are available.

    Post-Production:

    • Edit raw footage into polished, final video products using video editing software.
    • Add effects, graphics, animations, and sound as necessary.

    Post-Production (continued):

    • Ensure all videos meet technical and quality standards before final delivery.
    • Work with the marketing and creative teams to ensure the videos align with branding guidelines and project goals.

    Project Management:

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
    • Maintain organized project files and manage video archives.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project requirements are met.

    Creative Input:

    • Provide creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.

    Technical Maintenance:

    • Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
    • Keep up-to-date with new technology and software to improve video production quality.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
    • Proficiency with videoediting software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of lighting, audio recording, and other technical aspects of video production.
    • Experience with operating various types of camera equipment, including DSLR, mirrorless, and professional video cameras.
    • Knowledge of storyboarding, scriptwriting, and project planning.
    • Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and implement feedback.
    • A portfolio demonstrating a range of video production work.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with animation and motion graphics.
    • Knowledge of color grading and correction.
    • Familiarity with video compression and file formats.
    • Experience with live streaming and broadcasting equipment.
    • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
    • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
