Working Capital Loans - Customer Support Officer at Moniepoint Inc. (Formerly TeamApt Inc.)

Job Purpose

• The Customer Support Officer is responsible for handling customer enquiries for the Working capital Loans department - developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer eligibility enquiries from the Field Credit Officers
• Processing customer eligibility on back-office tools
• Handling customer information requests from Field Credit Officers
• Provide accurate, valid and complete customer's information by using the right methods/tools
• Handling support requests and general inquiries from Field Credit Officers and Field Verification Officers

To succeed in this role, we think you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• 1-2 years customer-facing experience at a financial institution or a high-growth software development company.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
