    Application Support Officer

    • The ideal candidate for the role must possess the ability to work on Linux OS” and an excellent knowledge of software integration and testing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and external clients when required
    • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
    • Prioritizing workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first
    • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
    • Identifying and resolving technical issues promptly
    • Managing coordination at a different level where required
    • Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
    • Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems
    • Assisting with systems integrations
    • Developing reports for teams across the business

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
    • 1-3 years + of experience as an application support staff preferably in a similar environment.
    • Ability to work on LINUX OS”
    • Good knowledge of software integration and testing.
    • Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
    • Sound knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    Business Analyst

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
    • Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
    • Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
    • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
    • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
    • Partner with stakeholders across business units (example: sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
    • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
    • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
    • Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
    • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations

    Requirements
    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
    • 2+ years of experience in analytics and systems development
    • High proficiency with SQL and database management
    • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
    • Proven analytical abilities
    • Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
    • Extensive experience with data visualization
    • High proficiency in technical writing
    • Experience in generating process documentation and reports
    • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

    Project Officer (Media/Entertainment)

    Job Summary:

    • This position requires coordination, on-the-spot problem-solving, and seamless operations.
    • In addition to ensuring that all system operations follow project timeframes and that the lottery's social media efforts are efficiently managed, s/he will cultivate partnerships to boost revenue growth and radio listenership.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Implementation & Management:

    • Take charge of both Tier 1 (Basic Lottery Service) and Tier 2 (Enhanced Radio Lottery), ensuring they run without a hitch seamlessly
    • Collaborate closely with the product team and radio producers to seamlessly integrate the lottery system into radio shows.
    • Ensure that lottery activities are incorporated naturally into radio programming, and promotions align with the show schedules

    Social Media Management & Content Creation:

    • Be the creative force behind the lottery social media, create and post engaging content for the lottery using Canva (Basic phone content creation skills, no need for design skills) Special Content featuring customers who win the lottery is significant.
    • Create buzz-worthy content across platforms that keep listeners excited and involved in lottery activities.
    • Ensure instant feedback on social media, responding to queries, resolving issues, and fostering a vibrant, engaging community.
    • Plan and execute consistent strategies that keep lottery social media popping etc.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, business administration, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with radio broadcasting and lottery systems is highly desirable
    • Experience in revenue management and financial reporting
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably in media or tech industries.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using performance-tracking tools.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
