    Chief of Staff (Financial Technology Company)

    Job Objective:

    • The Chief of Staff will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of support is provided to the CEO across all areas of the business. The duties of the Chief of Staff will be strategic and operational ranging from building decision-making frameworks, identifying and closing operational gaps, extensive dairy and inbox management, managing the CEO’s internal and external meetings, and making research and reports for the CEO.
    • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8+ years’ experience supporting a Founder/Leader within the tech space or a fast-growing startup making a significant impact in its sector/market.
    • S/he must have the ability to handle situations with tact, discretion, and resourcefulness.
    • This is a perfect role for an MBA candidate with a strong business analyst and project management background looking to work for a hugely innovative tech company in a top-level position offering a challenging and huge learning opportunity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and support the CEO and company-wide priority.
    • Oversee staff and internal operations management.
    • Lead and manage weekly staff meetings.
    • Manage OKR and annual planning processes.
    • Assist with board meeting preparation.
    • Create and design a decision-making framework for the entire organization.
    • Spearheaded special projects for the CEO and company.
    • Conduct customer research to identify business opportunities, run an acquisition process for sales marketing, and lead the search for an executive hire.
    • Act as an advisor and confidant to the CEO in dealing with major operation and strategic issues in the organization.
    • Consistently represent the Office of the CEO in a professional light to internal and external clients.
    • Any other duties as may be assigned to the position.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree from any reputable institution
    • MBA will be an added advantage
    • 8+ years of relevant experience spanning customer advisory, strategy development, operations or process optimization, and models for financial institutions in any of the Big 4 consulting firms.
    • Must be digitally savvy and a technology enthusiast
    • Excellent communication, listening, writing, and research skills.
    • Great organization skills and rapt attention to detail.
    • Must be highly resourceful and possess a good problem-solving skill
    • Must possess a solid work ethic and outstanding leadership skills.

    Maintenance Engineer (Building Construction Company)

    • The company is seeking to hire a Maintenance Engineer who will ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of the facility by developing and implementing maintenance plans, managing asset lifecycles, overseeing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining operational integrity

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Facility Manager to develop the facility maintenance plan.
    • Review the facility asset register to determine asset lifecycle.
    • Utilize information from the asset register to generate equipment spare part lists.
    • Conduct, review, prepare, and present equipment inspection reports.
    • Engage clients in equipment failure troubleshooting.
    • Serve as the first responder to any equipment failure.
    • Prepare and review subcontractor’s SLAs, ensuring that all statutory regulations, HSSE, and client-specific requirements are captured.
    • Supervise MEP subcontractors’ maintenance works.
    • Review MEP subcontractors’ maintenance proposals with the facility maintenance plan.
    • Track, document, review, and report cost escalations in MEP maintenance work packages.
    • Create, review, and report MEP inventory reorder levels as contained in subcontractors’ SLAs to ensure smooth operations.
    • Propose, review, and document any facility improvement initiatives for the Facility Manager’s approval.
    • Work with the Facility Manager in creating the facility’s yearly OPEX and CAPEX budget.
    • Utilize the CPMMS in creating equipment maintenance records.

    Requirements

    • B. Sc or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building/facility maintenance or construction.
    • Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations.
    • Strong skills in reporting, presentation, communication, and writing.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, AutoCAD, and construction-related software.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and requirements.
