    Internal Auditor

    Job Description

    •  Identifying and evaluating potential risks to the organization
    • Conducting audit of financial statements, processes and system to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with the organisaton’s procedure and standards
    • Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls and making recommendations
    • Conducting special investigations as may be requested by management
    • Analysing financial data to identify trends, anomalies and areas for improvement.
    • Pre and Post purchase review and audit of transactions
    • Continuous review the compliance to internal and external rules and regulations
    • Assessing risk factors and their management
    • Reporting to MD

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or relevant field required
    • Minimum 3-year experience in a the internal audit of a corporate setting
    • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
    • Familiarity with Quickbooks and financial statements
    • Consistent, accurate, thorough, and detail moriented
    • Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers
    • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with audits, budget creation, and expense reports strongly preferred

    Account Assistant

    Job Description

    • Preparation of payment vouchers
    • Coding and posting of bank transaction into the general ledger
    • Preparation of daily bank position
    • Preparation of bank reconciliation statement
    • Updating and reconciliation of account receivable
    • Updating and reconciliation of account payables
    • Remitting of statutory payments like VAT, PAYE, Withholding tax etc
    • Support the account in their task
    • Attend to all department clerical work
    • Ensure file are maintained and place in the proper place and labelled accordingly
    • Attend to any other activities as may be assigned by the Head of Finance and Account.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or relevant field required

    Account Officer

    Job Description

    • Creating and processing invoices
    • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
    • Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
    • Sending bills and invoices to clients
    • Tracking organization expenses
    • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
    • Manage books, expenses, categorical summaries
    • Help with monthly, quarterly and annual reports
    • Review and reconcile the general ledger regularly
    • Contribute to forecasting and budget planning exercises
    • Contribute to special projects associated with finances, accounting
    • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations at all times
    • Maintain constant communication with Supervisor
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals
