    Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer

    Salary: 500,000-700,000
    Reports : Program Manager

    Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specializing in recruitment in Africa; we are currently looking for a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for our client; a women\'s empowerment non-governmental organisation in Lagos.

    He or She will also provide technical support to the team in program implementation, communication activities, strategy development and implementation and report writing, among other tasks.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures
    • Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the program outputs
    • Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of expected results.
    • Monitor the sustainability of the project’s results.
    • Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system
    • Develop indicators and a monitoring strategy for the project.
    • Recommend further improvement of the logical framework.
    • Develop monitoring and influence indicators for the program\'s successes.
    • Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual and other reports to the Program Management Team (PMT)
    • Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist the Program
    • Manager in preparing relevant reports
    • Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the program.
    • Provide feedback to the Program Manager on project strategies and activities
    • Suggest strategies to the Program Management Team for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the program by identifying bottlenecks in completing program activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks;
    • Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all activities.

    MEASURABLE OUTPUTS AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

    • Work with other program personnel to monitor and evaluate the performance of the organization, vendors, engaged consultants and partners (where applicable), on program activities, identifying successes and failures and recommending program adjustments accordingly.
    • Assist with all aspects of team projects and objectives and lead the development of work products in collaboration with Team members.
    • Mobilize program participants, the media and stakeholders for events and program
    • Perform other duties as directed by the Program Manager/Country Manager.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field, data analysis, economics, social development, international relations, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar position in nonprofit (NGO) work, and international development, preferably working directly with entrepreneurs, women and/or youth and other sector stakeholders.
    • Experience working on donor-funded economic empowerment programs, education and capacity-building programs;
    • Experience in project cycle management, coordinating project activities with participants, project accounting, and monitoring and evaluation; vendor engagement, data collation, analysis and interpretation for informed programming and decision-making
    • Working knowledge of the nonprofit strategy and logical framework, Women\'s
    • Ability to prioritize, plan and organize work to tight timeframes, handle multiple tasks, and be flexible with changing priorities.
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines: Strong communicator and presenter in English, both verbally and in writing

    Business Development Executive

    SALARY: N180, 000 – N300, 000 (Monthly) plus other benefits (depending on years of experience )

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative assistance to the sales manager, sales co-ordinators and partners by generating letters, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department.
    • Record/input sales, reservations, cancellations, exchanges, hand-overs and legal completions onto the sales ERP system, along with full customer details.
    • Check data accuracy in documentation related to the sale i.e checking prices and contracts are up to date.
    • Produce/update monthly board report spreadsheet
    • Produce/amend standard forms for use in the office to assist the sales team and partners.
    • Ensure that all hard and digital copies of documentation are up to date.
    • Liaise with the legal department regarding sales documentation and completion.

    • Produce all relevant information and documentation to prospective leads. Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
    • Take telephone enquiries from prospective customers regarding both forthcoming and existing sites, creating a database for future use.
    • Liaise with the team and ensure they receive relevant copies of advertising material, price lists and any other necessary documentation regularly, and also assist sales management with other marketing coordinator duties.
    • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions. Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so.
    • Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and with closing sales.
    • Performing other duties as assigned. These are illustrative duties and the job holder will be expected to become involved in a range of work to enable the department to respond effectively to the requirements of the Company.

    Requirements.

    • Qualification in Business Management or an equivalent. At least 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant , Sales coordinator or Office Administrator.
    • Hands on experience with CRM software and Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, familiarity with office management procedures and basic competence.

    Telecommunications Field Engineer

    GRADE: Assistant Executive – 1A/1B 

    SALARY: 150,000-300,000(based on years of experience)
    REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Project Manager / Team Leader

    Responsibilities

    Survey & Installation:

    • Must have a previous background in communication/telecommunications as an aerial rigger and be familiar with climbing.
    • Hold relevant climbing certificates including - Advanced Climbing, Rooftop Access and Rescue, Tower Rescue, RF Hazard Safety Awareness etc.
    • Must be fully prepared to work at heights of up to 100 meters (328 feet).
    • Ability to climb and work safely at heights.
    • Previous background in using specific harnesses and fall-arrest systems.
    • The ability to meet basic medical and fitness requirements (medically required).
    • Comply with health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
    • It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a technical engineering background preferably within a similar role.
    • Working individually or within a two-man team will carry out Installation of Radios and Antenna Systems for Microwave as well as installation of Fiber optic and Data
    • Cable installation tasks on steel lattice, guyed, masts, towers, rooftops and building antenna / aerial systems.
    • Carry out suitable and sufficient risk assessments in line with company procedures prior to work being undertaken.
    • Assist in the testing of antenna systems for the purposes of fault finding and subsequent rectification.
    • Conduct visual inspections of antenna Mounts, aerials, co-axial cables, fixings, feeder cables and anchor points.
    • Carry out cable repairs including splicing and termination.
    • Perform installation of antennas, mounts, cable ladders, cables, etc.

    Reports & Procedures:

    • Assist the Team Leader in the preparation and input of site reports and photographs into the company database.
    • Flexibility towards working hours as you may be required to occasionally work away from home.
    • General tower safety knowledge and ability to utilize 100% tie-off techniques at all times.
    • Willing to work outdoors and be exposed to all types of weather (extreme hot and cold)
    • Raising & coordinating for release & approval of Purchase Orders & Material
