    HR Officer

    Overview

    • As an HR Officer, you play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions within the organization. You are responsible for implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's overall mission and objectives.
    • Your role involves recruiting and onboarding employees, managing employee relations, maintaining HR records, and ensuring legal compliance with employment laws and regulations.

    Job Description
    Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Provide comprehensive support in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and ensuring necessary paperwork completion.

    Employee Relations:

    • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner, fostering a positive work environment.
    • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to promote a healthy workplace culture.

    HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with legal requirements and company standards.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies across all HR activities.

    Performance Management:

    • Support performance management processes such as goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.

    HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.
    • Process payroll and benefits administration tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

    Job Specification

    • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3 years+ proven experience in anHR role
    • Experience in Hospitality is a MUST
    • Lives on the Lagos Island or close
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment and labour laws, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Google workspace
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team

    Graphics Designer (Intern)

    Job Overview

    • As a Graphics and Brand Department Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in supporting the design and branding initiatives of the company.
    • You will work closely with the graphics design team and brand managers to assist in creating visual assets, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing to creative projects across various platforms.

    Key Responsibilities
    Graphic Design Support:

    • Assist in creating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media under the guidance of senior designers.

    • Support senior team members in various design-related tasks and projects as needed.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • A Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.
    • Strong interest in graphic design, branding, and visual communication.
    • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and design software (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
    • Creative thinking ability, attention to detail, and a passion for learning and growth.
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proactive attitude, willingness to take on new challenges, and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
