    Hub Operations Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accurate inventory of all waybills received into the warehouse, sorting and bagging of out-bound envelopes and parcels and dispatch of waybill to right location.
    • Speed in job delivery
    • Report all short landed waybills within 3 hours of truck unloading
    • Report all transferred waybills to the next shift team
    • Ensure all shipments received in the warehouse are properly accounted for and well documented

    Qualifications

    • 0-2 years experience
    • Previous experience in a logistics or transportation industry is an added advantage
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving abilities and attention to details
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
    • Candidates must be living within close proximity to the office

    Customer Service Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
    • Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and service issues.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints regarding lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service issues.
    • Stay informed about the company's logistics services, policies, and procedures.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for service improvement.
    • Act as a communication bridge between customers and the operations team.
    • Ensure customers are informed about any changes or updates to their shipments.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all customer interactions.

    Qualifications

    • 0 - 2 years experience
    • Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND
    • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
    • Must be living within close proximity to the office.
