    Lead, Audit Internal Control

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • As the Lead Auditor and Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the internal audit and control function of the organization.
    • You will be responsible for conducting day-to-day operations and process reviews and audits to identify and manage operational risks.
    • Your role will involve leading audit teams, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Internal Audit Leadership: Lead and manage the internal audit and control function, providing strategic direction and guidance to the audit team.
    • Operational Review: Conduct regular operational and process reviews to evaluate the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of organizational processes.
    • Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and prioritize operational risks, including financial, compliance, and strategic risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

    Audit:

    • Develop an annual audit plan based on risk assessments, defining audit objectives, scope, and resource requirements.
    • Lead audit teams in performing detailed audits, ensuring adherence to audit procedures and standards.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of audit findings, recommendations, and action plans.
    • Compliance Oversight: Ensure the organization's compliance with internal policies and external regulations, investigating and addressing instances of non-compliance.
    • Reporting: Prepare and communicate clear and actionable audit reports to the Chief compliance and risk officer.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging risks and implement improvements to enhance the audit and control function's effectiveness.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business, Finance, Accounting)
    • Industry-specific knowledge and certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, PMP, CIA, CISA, or CFA
    • 5-7 years of experience in leadership or management roles
    • 3-5 years of experience in auditing or related roles (e.g., internal audit, risk management)
    • 3-5 years of experience in financial control, risk management, or related roles
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management
    • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong analytical, critical thinking, technical, and problem-solving skills

    Lead, ISO Standard

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • Responsible for the continuous monitoring and management of the organizations' ISO standards, your primary role is to oversee the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards within the organization.
    • You will ensure that the organization complies with relevant ISO standards, drives continuous improvement, and achieves certification where applicable.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Achieve and maintain ISO certifications relevant to the organization's industry and needs.
    • Measure and maintain a high level of ISO compliance, ensuring minimal non-conformities during internal and external audits.
    • Ensure that all documentation related to ISO standards is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible.
    • Assess the effectiveness of training programs by tracking employee understanding of ISO standards and their ability to apply them in their roles.
    • Monitor the results of internal and external audits, track non-conformities, and ensure timely and effective corrective actions.
    • Obtain and maintain ISO certification(s) as required for the organization.
    • Ensure that all ISO-related documentation is current, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for ISO standard implementation, including clear milestones and deadlines.
    • Regularly provide reports on risk assessments and proposed mitigation strategies to senior management.
    • Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and workshops to educate employees about ISO standards.
    • Distribute audit reports detailing findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions and follow-up with action owners for timely close out.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance ISO compliance.
    • Regularly report on KPIs and compliance status to senior management and recommend improvements where necessary.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree (2-1) in relevant field (Business, Quality Management, Engineering, Law, Business, Finance).
    • 5-7 years of experience in leadership or management roles, with a focus on quality management, compliance, legal, auditing, or related roles.
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining ISO standards (e.g, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
    • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management principles, and auditing techniques
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and their implementation.
    • Auditing experience and certification (e.g., Lead Auditor.)
    • Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations and laws.
    • Experience with risk management, auditing, and compliance monitoring.

    Certifications like:

    • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

    Electrical Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and test electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation solutions.
    • Select and specify electrical equipment, instruments, and automation components.
    • Develop and implement control systems, including PLC programming and SCADA systems.
