    Summary

    Job Responsibilities:

    Maintenance Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and work allocation for daily operations.
    • Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
    • Where vehicles or machines repairs identified are critical in terms of Mechanical or financial viability, report findings to the Executive Director.
    • Ability to act as a technical adviser on key projects and other areas of the business as requested.
    • Develop and implement systems to record, file and store information pertaining to workshop maintenance history.
    • Identify staff that require on-going training and implement training opportunities to ensure their skills are improved.
    • Promote health and safety culture within the maintenance workshop.
    • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.

    What we are looking for:

    • Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering background or related field preferred.
    • Solid knowledge and understanding of Electrical/Mechanical repairs of tools and machines.
    • Minimum 5 years’ and above of international work experience in workshop management, qualifications and experience in related disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, A&R etc. Work experience in a farm environment will be an added advantage.
    • Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management skills; ability to write analytical reports, create presentations, prepare statistical reports.
    • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
    • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
    • Cost conscious.
    • Possesses integrity and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
    • Accurate and precise attention to detail.

    Audit Officer / Supervisor

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for reviewing and analyzing accounting documents and annual reports.
    • Responsible for preparing analysis of financial and non-financial data as well as audit documents.
    • Responsible for reviewing and evaluating organization’s operations; assessing the effectiveness and adequacy of all internal controls of management.

    Procurement Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for creating strategies for long-term supply purchases that best suit the company.
    • Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
    • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
    • Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
    • Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.

    Account Officer / Supervisor

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost.
    • Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expenses report are complete and accurate.
    • Create detailed journal entries and post them to ledgers to track all income statements and expenses.
    • Facilitates the preparation of payments schedules
    • Preparing relevant accounts and tax returns.
    • Monitoring spending and budgets.
    • Review and analyze financial performance of Cost and Profit centres.
    • Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports weekly, monthly and quarterly.
    • Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations

    We are looking for:

    • Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics. ICAN / Relevant professional certification is an added advantage but essential.
    • Have 2 years and above continuous industry or practical experience in a well-structured organization preferably in Farm Operations.
    • Have an excellent understanding of accounting principles, concepts, and procedures.
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must have relevant practical & Indepth Manual Accounting experience, IT Proficiency especially on MS Office suit and automated accounting programs.
    • Be highly detail-oriented with superb managerial and organizational skills.
    • Be able to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
    • Be an excellent problem solver.
    • Possess the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Be able to carry out any other responsibilities or assignments given by the Chief Accountant.
