    • As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems.

    Responsibilities

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Inventory Manager to oversee the company's inventory operations in Lagos, Nigeria.
    • The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the entire inventory process, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient stock movement, and effective inventory control.
    • The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining seamless operations within our stores, as well as managing inventory across our warehouses.

    Responsibilities

    • Inventory Management: Monitor, track, and control inventory levels across all stores and warehouses. Implement efficient inventory management systems and processes to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
    • Stock Replenishment: Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock based on sales data and demand forecasts.
    • Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found during audits.
    • Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales trends and customer demands to accurately forecast stock requirements and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
    • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient movement of inventory from suppliers to stores and warehouses.
    • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the lifecycle of products, including new product introductions, slow-moving stock, and clearance of discontinued items.
    • Inventory Reporting: Generate regular inventory reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to management for informed decision-making.

    • Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain measures to prevent inventory shrinkage, theft, or damage. Identify and address security vulnerabilities in inventory handling.

    Requirements
