    Business Development Executive

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking a smart and results-driven new business developer to open doors in targeted companies. The ideal candidate needs to be able to identify and engage the required person in the targeted company (could be the Procurement manager, Sales team, Business owner, or Brand Manager) and get the company to have a meeting with the client. Primary duties would be identifying business opportunities and building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects.
    • This role requires excellent business development, sales, and relationship-building skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Utilize LinkedIn, personal network, etc. to identify the responsible person in the targeted companies, engage them, and get a meeting with them for the company to pitch. 
    • Open channels with potential customers in various organizations and sectors for our products, ensuring sales. 
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
    • Conduct periodic market research to identify opportunities and trends. Identify innovative products that can be offered to clients to meet their needs. 
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends and submit weekly/ monthly reports and analyses.

    Experience and Skill Requirement

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, selling products and services to corporate organizations. 
    • Ability to open accounts in key required areas with the corporate organizations commensurate network.
    • Ability to develop and make compelling presentations. 
    • A first degree in a relevant field.
