    Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Process transactions, including cash, credit/debit card payments, and vouchers.
    • Ensure accuracy in handling cash and balancing the cash register at the end of the shift.

    Administrative Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily administrative operations of the office and assist all units in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations.
    • Supervise the work of in-house cleaners to ensure that the office is always kept clean and pleasant.
    • Organize, assign and supervise the work of administrative support staff.
    • Oversee the management of office supplies and stationery and ensure replenishment.
    • Ensure that administrative office procedures and established standards are adhered to and maintained in all aspects of work.

    Lounge Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in daily business functions, including opening and closing procedures for each business day
    • Assists in managing the day-to-day workflow of office staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines and proper procedures
    • Assists in planning and execution of office activities
    • Monitor and administer time and attendance policy

    Storekeeper

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for piling received merchandise on pallets or carts.
    • In charge of storing food, beverage, and operational stock.
    • Perform daily check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
    • Responsible for completing requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
    • Report low stock levels to manager/supervisor promptly.
    • Perform inspection on deliveries to confirm quality, cleanliness, and freshness, and consistency throughout case lots.
    • Follow food safety and handling policies and procedures across all food-related areas.
    • Responsible for the sanitation of all refrigerators and freezers, floors, food equipment, and drains in storage areas.
    • Notify the manager of accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 years work experience.

    Barback

    Responsibilities

    • Collecting glassware and cleaning up the bar area
    • Replacing beer kegs and liquor bottles
    • Refilling ice bins, tidy up tables, counters and other bar areas
    • Restock the bar with straws, coasters and napkins
    • Prepare mixers, juices and cocktail garnishes
    • Replenish peanuts and fruits
    • Change out beer kegs and replace liquor bottles
    • Remove trash and wipe down drink spills
    • Clean rags throughout the shift
    • Assist the Bartenders during rush hours

    Requirements

    • SSCE
    • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic knowledge of bar menu items and recipes (different types of beers and mixed drinks)
    • Physical ability to lift beer kegs, hold trays of bottles and glassware and stand during the shift

    Responsibilities

    • seasoning and cooking food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.
    • Observing and testing foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils.
    • Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment.
    • Coordinating the work of kitchen, cook food in various utensils or grillers, check food while cooking to stir or turn.
    • Regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
    • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen area.
    • Restocking kitchen supplies as needed.
    • Grilling, cooking, and frying foods such as burgers, steaks, and fries, turning and stirring foods to ensure even cooking.

    Requirements

    • SSCE / OND.
    • Previous experience as a Grill Cook in the hospitality industry.
    • Physical stamina and strength to stand for extended periods of time, handle hot grilling equipment, and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
    • Culinary skills and knowledge to understand the methods and techniques of grilling various types of meats and vegetables.
    • Strong attention to detail to ensure every dish is cooked to the exact requirements and preferences of each customer.
