    Senior Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a Senior Accountant with experience in fast-paced environments.
    • The role involves managing general accounting functions, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure proper ledger management and account reconciliations.
    • Maintain the company’s fixed assets register, including reconciliation and recording of acquisitions and disposals.
    • Ensure relevant group and local accounting policies are adhered to.
    • Collaborate with external agencies banks, tax authorities, auditors and other financial institutions
    • Prepare the annual audit file as per the external audit requirements with detailed listings, schedules and reconciliations.
    • Processing of fixed assets acquisitions, disposals and reconciliation
    • Compliance to Internal Control policies & procedures and supporting the Annual Audit processes
    • Ensure timely month-end closing and reporting of financial statements using the group reporting tool.
    • Record fixed assets acquisitions and disposals in the ERP system in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
    • Assist in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • 6+ years of relevant experience.
    • FMCG experience preferred but not required.
    • Relevant financial certifications.
    • Strong accounting background and business acumen.
    • Excellent proficiency in English.
    • Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong presentation skills.

    Financial Controller / Manager

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
    • Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
    • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
    • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
    • Research technical accounting issues for compliance
    • Support month-end and year-end close process
    • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
    • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
    • Additional controller duties as necessary

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven working experience as a Financial Controller/Manager
    • 12+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
    • Advanced degree in Accounting/Finance
    • Relevant certification is required
    • An accounting professional certification will be preferred.
    • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedure
    • Experience with creating financial statements.
    • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
    • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.

    Beyond Budget Analyst

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Beyond Budget Analyst to Participate in coordination with Financial Director and Financial Planner & Analyst/ Financial Controller/ Operations /Marketing teams to plan financial processes, prepare Business reviews (focus on customer and/or brand performances), manage ad hoc projects.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist the Beyond Budget Team with modeling and articulating the value conversion of demand plans by enhancing existing tools (e.g., Volume-to-Value V2V) or implementing new ones.
    • Aid the Beyond Budget Team in refining and implementing processes and tools for the pre- and post-evaluation of promotions, supporting the Commercial team and management in decision-making.
    • Contribute to quarterly business performance reviews (QBR) with Key Distributors (KD) by providing financial input, analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive value growth.
    • Manage the financial calendar and oversee planning/reporting processes, including deadlines, responsibilities, and information/data flows related to volumes and net sales.
    • Coordinate planning and reporting processes for volumes and net sales during weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting periods, as well as semi-annual/annual estimates and budget/plan exercises.
    • Support the analysis of historical financials, variance explanations, updated forecasts with risks and opportunities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to volumes and net sales for top management.
    • Assist with projects aimed at automating financial planning/reporting to provide more relevant and accurate business insights to other departments.
    • Facilitate improvements in financial communication between departments.

    Requirements

    • 2 to 5 years in Financial Analysis or Organization/Consulting roles, with strong focus on data and tools
    • Experience(s) of Finance transformation in multi-national companies
    • Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, or any other relevant degree - Strong financial background
    • Solid knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint
    • Outgoing with the capacity to address and influence senior Heads of Department (Finance, Commercial, Marketing / Trade Marketing, Operations) constructively.
