    Marketing Automation Specialist

    • This role is vital to converting interest into action! You'll design and implement automated marketing systems that nurture leads and guide them towards becoming paying customers. We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Automation Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

    To Carry Out Your Role…

    • Select and set up a marketing automation platform that fits our needs.
    • Design and build automated email nurture sequences tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
    • Experiment with A/B testing on subject lines, content, and offers to optimize conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless hand-off of qualified leads.
    • Track and analyze key marketing automation metrics, providing actionable insights.

     

    The Ideal Candidate

    • A skilled marketing automation enthusiast with proven experience (minimum 2 years) in designing and managing nurture campaigns.
    • You're a strong communicator with a knack for persuasive email copywriting.
    • You possess analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing optimization.
    • You're proficient with marketing automation tools (Zoho CRM is a plus.).

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Nurture Flow Design: Create targeted email sequences that address different lead segments based on their needs and interests.
    • Automation Setup: Implement email triggers, segmentation rules, and workflows within our chosen marketing automation platform.
    • Copywriting: Write compelling subject lines, body copy, and calls to action that drive engagement and conversions.
    • A/B Testing: Experiment with different subject lines, content, and offers to optimize open and click rates.
    • Lead Hand off Collaboration Work with sales to ensure a seamless transition and timely follow-up.
    • Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions). Generate insights to improve performance.

    Requirements

    What You Should Have

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of proven experience in marketing automation.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize processes.
    • Excellent copywriting skills and a strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
    • Proficiency in Zoho CRM Marketing Automation is a plus.

    Junior Product Manager

    • We are seeking a Product Manager to optimize our product development process and enhance our customer support experience.
    • This role involves facilitating agile methodologies, managing task workflows, and coordinating with the customer support team to ensure timely issue resolution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Agile Process Facilitation:

    • Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
    • Ensure the team adheres to agile principles and practices.
    • Identify and implement process improvements.

    Task Management:

    • Manage the task management tool (Linear) to optimize workflow.
    • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
    • Provide visibility into project status.

    • Certified Scrum Master with experience
    • 2+ years of experience in product management.

    • Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies.

    • Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve brand health and equity.

    • A strategic brand builder with a deep understanding of brand management (a minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management).
    • You're a creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative brand strategies and campaigns.
    • Excellent storytelling skills – you can craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
    • Familiarity with market research techniques and brand performance analysis.
    • Strong project management skills and an eagerness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Market Research and Audience Insights:

    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, using insights to inform communication strategies.
    • Analyse brand performance metrics to optimise campaigns and messaging.

    Internal Branding and Employee Engagement:

    • Support internal communication efforts to foster a strong company culture and align employees with the brand’s mission and values.
    • Develop initiatives that highlight and promote our core values of customer obsession, ownership, and management autonomy.
    • Collaborate with HR to create programs that promote team cohesion and engagement.
