    Sales Executive

    Position Overview:

    • As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our corporate health insurance customer base.
    • You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and presenting our insurance products and services to decision-makers in various companies and organizations.
    • The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in selling corporate health insurance products and be well-versed in the healthcare industry.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for corporate health insurance products.
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the designated territory.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

    Client Relationship Management:

    Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal departments, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
    • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of success in selling corporate health insurance products.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the healthcare insurance industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of corporate health insurance policies, regulations, and market trends.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    Finance Operations Officer

    Position Overview:

    • As a Finance Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various financial tasks and operational activities within the company.
    • You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, managing transactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

    • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finance operations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus.
