    Marketing Technician

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Technician to join our marketing team in Lagos.
    • The Marketing Technician will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating marketing materials, analyzing marketing data, and supporting various marketing campaigns.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, excellent communication skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
    • Create and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
    • Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities
    • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals

    Requirements

    Quality Assurance Executive (Food Manufacturing)

    Key Responsibilities
    Quality Control and Compliance:

    • Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

    Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency enhancement in manufacturing, packaging, and distribution processes.
    • Propose and lead initiatives to implement quality improvements throughout the production lifecycle.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality tests, inspections, trainings and audits.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing QA findings, trends, and recommendations for management review.

    Quality Management Systems:

    • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 and local regulatory standards.
    • Monitor and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect the latest quality practices.

    Training and Development:

    • Provide training to production and quality control teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging regulations to enhance knowledge and expertise.

    Customer Complaints and Investigations:

    • Lead investigations into customer complaints related to product quality and safety, determining root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with R&D, production, engineering, and sales/marketing teams to ensure that quality considerations are integrated into product design and development stages.

    Qualifications

    • BSc/HND preferably in Food Science, Microbiology, or related science field
    • 4 years+ experience in Food Processing and Quality Management.
    • Detail oriented with analytical aptitude; exposure to Statistical Process Control is beneficial.
    • Must have the ability to make sound judgment and good decisions regarding quality and wholesomeness of product.
    • Strong writing and presentation skills.
    • Previous experience with HACCP, FSSC 22000, food safety regulations is preferred.
    • Proficient use of PC including Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point.
    • Able to work flexible hours.

    Sales and Marketing Technician

    Description 

    • Marketing and Sales of Company Products, Installation and monitoring of tyre devices, and training the users on the device usage

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business, or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years working experience
    • Must be knowledgeable and familiar with haulage and logistics companies,
      such as the transport industry, Oil & Gas industries, containerization industries, and construction industries
    • Proven experience in a marketing role or similar position

    Field Sales Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services by visiting client stores daily
    • Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
    • Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers, etc. to source new sales opportunities
    • Identify interests and understand customer needs and requirements
    • Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products
    • Report on demonstration-related information interest level, questions asked a number of samples/flyers distributed, etc.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND and B.Sc academic qualification.
    • 1-2 years of proven experience as a sales supervisor
    • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
    • Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills
    • Willingness to do sales and consistently meet targets.

    Junior Technical Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
    • Adhere to standard operational and logistical systems and set procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Plans, organizes and ensures adequate control measures in respect of the implementation of the company.
    • Skilled at fabrication work, measuring, cutting, filing, welding
    • Maintenance & repair of hydraulic, mechanical machinery
    • Mold installation.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in component level technical support.
    • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and resolve technical issues down to component level.
    • Good soldering skills.
    • Be able to work with cross-functional and International teams.
    • Internal drive for quality and perfection, passion for finding and solving problems.
