    Paediatrician

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnosing, monitoring, and treating children who are injured, ill or living with disabilities
    • Performing comprehensive examinations on newborns and children to identify abnormalities and checking for normal growth and development
    • Prescribing treatment methods, including administering medication, performing surgeries, and other therapies
    • Discussing diagnosis and treatment plans with parents and children
    • Ordering tests and referring patients to Specialists

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Create, implement new innovative strategies for business growth
    • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns

    Internal Auditor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform internal checks and balances across revenue and cost centers.
    • Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
    • Identify the financial risk and exposures and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
    • Identify accounting and financial record-keeping lapses and processes that can be improved.
    • Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability.
    • Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Report irregularities and malpractices to management.
    • Ensure loopholes and revenue leakages are blocked.
    • Ensure end of month audit of the store/inventory and other revenue streams under the Hotel business.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Proven working experience as Internal Auditor  
    • Minimum of 3 years in the hospitality sector
    • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
    • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
    • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
    • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
    • Sound independent judgment

    Business Development Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Pursue and close out on service opportunity leads in line with business development objectives as approved by the Business Development Manager
    • Develop sales and retention strategies for target markets and facility services.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all business development activities of the organization
    • Increase overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness through excellent digital efforts
    • Manage relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners and patients.

    Requirements
