    Program Lead

    • Field is hiring for a Program Lead to work directly with the CEO and leadership team of one of the fastest growing healthtech companies in Africa.
    • The Program Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a portfolio of projects focused on enhancing the health supply chain in Nigeria and Kenya. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure the successful implementation of project activities and achievement of desired outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate, manage, and develop Field’s portfolio of programs that leverage and build upon Field’s technical, operational, and financial capabilities to strengthen health systems in Africa
    • Develop detailed project work plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders and project partners.
    • Coordinate with relevant industry partners, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
    • Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient utilization of grant funds.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project staff, consultants, and partners to ensure high-quality project delivery.
    • Monitor project progress and performance against established targets, identify risks and challenges, and take proactive measures to address them.
    • Prepare regular progress reports, financial reports, and other project documentation for donors, stakeholders, and senior management.
    • Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other events related to projects, both domestically and internationally.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment that promotes learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in public health, international development, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex, multi-country development projects, preferably in the health sector.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing grant-funded projects, including budgeting, financial management, and donor reporting.
    • Strong understanding of health supply chain management principles and best practices.
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop work plans, manage timelines, and track progress against goals.
    • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project staff and partners.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

    Business Analyst

    • Field is hiring for a Business Analyst to work directly with the CEO and leadership team of one of the fastest growing healthtech companies in Africa. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysis of data from across Field’s operations in Nigeria and Kenya, development of insights and reports to drive improvements in processes and strategies that strengthen Field’s performance across financial, operational, and impact metrics.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a portfolio of routine and project-based initiatives crosscutting departments at Field, working from project design and requirement specification through execution and presentation, supporting implementation of recommendations as appropriate.
    • Collaborate with Field data, product, engineering, supply chain, finance, and growth teams to gather and interpret data, form insights, share reports.
    • Support improvements in Field’s business intelligence systems, database management, knowledge management, and project documentation.
    • Regularly present work to leadership and other stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial and systems engineering, or related field. Master's degree in business, operations research, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business, management consulting, finance, or operations roles, preferably in healthcare, finance, or supply chain management.
    • Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools, particularly Excel/Sheets and Powerpoint/Slides.
    • Proficiency with SQL and BI platforms is strongly preferred.
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop work plans, manage timelines, and track progress against goals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a multidisciplinary set of stakeholders throughout the organization.

    Regional Account Manager

    • Field is seeking an experienced Regional account manager (Government/Parastatals/Hospitals/NGO’s) with a proven track record of building potentially high-value clients and optimizing relationships with strategic accounts.
    • The Regional Account Manager will be our point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate and uncover client's needs, work with cross functional teams to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed within the provisions of company policies.
    • The Regional account manager will be tasked with bringing in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients in the markets assigned.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Build a list of Key stakeholders of accounts within the market to target and develop/establish a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and Field.
    • Work with clients to uncover needs, pain points and opportunities to delight client
    • Promptly Identify potential obstacles and Resolve client issues and complaints
    • Develop a complete understanding of key account needs and design individualized sales strategy per client to optimize account’s profitability
    • Anticipate key account management changes (personnel or process) and improvements and proactively manage to remain relevant to Field business.
    • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
    • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
    • Working with design, Sales, Procurement, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of delivery and client expectations exceeded
    • Collaborating with other members of the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
    • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and monthly/quarterly/yearly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
    • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
    • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
    • Collaborate with Sales and Growth team leadership to manage and maintain the developed relationships.
    • Prepare RFQ’s and other documents as may be needed.

    Regional Account Manager Requirements and Qualifications

    • Five years of previous work experience in sales with at least two years in managing government and parastatal accounts and high value private clients
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write compelling proposals is an advantage; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
    • Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite /Google suite.
    • Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on client contracts
    • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account in multiple markets.
    • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals

    Warehousing & Distribution Lead

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehousing and Distribution lead to oversee our warehousing and distribution operations.
    • This role is critical in ensuring the efficient storage, long haul, and last-mile delivery of our pharmaceutical products.
    • The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Nigerian logistics landscape, including key stakeholders and third-party agents, and will be adept at using analytics to enhance operational efficiency.

    REPORTING Reports to the National Pharmacy Director

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead and manage warehousing and distribution operations to ensure efficient and compliant storage, long-haul transportation, and last-mile delivery of pharmaceutical products.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally, working closely with the Market, Data, and Product teams to coordinate implementation, deliver new features, and support adjacent initiatives for the business logistics operations.
    • Manage and develop Field’s network of third-party logistics partners using performance management and decision-support systems
    • Monitor and analyze operational data to ensure process adherence, accountability, and efficiency, including refining analytical frameworks to drive continuous improvement in key performance areas.
    • Build and manage teams, processes, and technologies to oversee the logistics of pharmaceutical products with various storage requirements, including controlled room temperature and cold storage.
    • Implement quality control processes to ensure the integrity of healthcare products until the last mile.
    • Develop and manage budgets for warehousing and distribution activities, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
    • Possess extensive knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards for pharmaceutical warehousing and distribution.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve overall logistics performance and cost-effectiveness.
    • Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal and external partners to facilitate smooth logistics operations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of managerial experience in warehousing and distribution operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • In-depth understanding of Nigeria's logistics and distribution landscape, including experience with third-party logistics providers.
    • Strong, proven quantitative skills and proficiency in using MS Office / Google Suite and analytics tools to drive operational improvements.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and build relationships with external stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with pharmaceutical warehousing and distribution regulations and best practices.
    • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
    • Knowledge of cold chain logistics for temperature-sensitive products.
    • Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) is an advantage.
